Born in the butcher shop of Gaston's IGA Supermarket as a seasoning for fine, hand-cut steaks, our family recipe quickly developed a faithful following. Its popularity grew and soon everyone was asking for it on just about everything we sold. The smell of the spice and seasoning blend is unmistakable, as is the taste.
